Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Patients diagnosed with diabetes (type 1 or type 2). Patients aged 20 years or older. Patients who have provided informed consent. Patients who are capable of answering the self-reported interview sheet.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Patients who did not provide informed consent. Patients who have difficulty completing the self-reported interview sheet. Patients deemed unsuitable for participation by the attending physician. Patients with suspected cognitive impairment or psychological/psychiatric disorders.
