Participants ingested caffeinated coffee 60-min before exercise. Participants ingested decaffeinated coffee 60-min before exercise.

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1.Participants who provided informed consent to participate in this study. 2.Participants who had been taking oral contraceptives for at least 6 months prior to the start of the study. 3.Participants who were sedentary (i.e., <30 min of aerobic exercise per session, <2 times per week).

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1.smoker. 2.obesity (body mass index >30kg/m2). 3.metabolic disease
