Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Free from metabolic or musculoskeletal disorders

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: History of resistance training, current smoking, or a body mass index >30 kg/m^2. Who had initiated antihypertensive medication within the past 1 month, or glucose-lowering or lipid-lowering medications within the past 3 months prior to study enrollment.
