Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Participants to hold an administrative position Be identified by dependent measures at baseline evaluation Be permanent staff of government-owned schools or administrative staff of private schools Provide consent to participate.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Having more than two administrators from the same school Active involvement in other psychological interventions or pharmaceutical treatments Suspension due to administrative malpractice, or residing outside the study location.
