Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Patients undergoing extraction of completely impacted mandibular third molars Postoperative use of antibiotics and analgesics is not restricted when used appropriately

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Patients with diabetes or osteoporosis Patients taking antithrombotic drugs
