Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Native Japanese speakers, currently enrolled as university students, aged between 18 and 65 years. 2. No history of visiting medical institutions for mental health treatment (e.g., psychiatric hospitals, neurology departments, psychosomatic medicine, or mental health clinics) within the past three months. 3. No history of receiving counseling or psychotherapy from mental health professionals (e.g., Certified Public Psychologists or Clinical Psychologists) within the past three months.
