Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Patients who participated in the ongoing clinical study titled "A Single-Center, Single-Arm Study to Evaluate the Efficacy of Antibiotics-combined Fecal Microbiota Transplantation in Active Crohn's Disease".

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Patients deemed unsuitable as subjects by the principal investigator

MeasureTime frame
At baseline, 3 months, 6 months, 9 months, and 12 months, medical evaluation will be performed using the Harvey-Bradshaw Index (HBI) symptom score. General physical condition, presence of abdominal pain, number of watery stools per day, presence of abdominal mass, presence of complications (arthralgia, uveitis, erythema nodosum, aphthous ulcers, pyoderma gangrenosum, anal fissure, new fistula, abscess)
