Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Self-reported difficulties in emotion regulation (assessed by DERS) 2. Able to attend all 8 weekly group sessions and follow-up assessments 3. Provision of written informed consent 4. No current participation in other psychological intervention programs
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Severe psychiatric disorders (e.g., psychosis, bipolar disorder, current major depressive episode requiring immediate treatment) 2. Substance use disorder within the past 6 months 3. Current receipt of individual psychotherapy or counseling 4. Cognitive impairment or learning disability that hinders participation 5. Pregnancy or breastfeeding
