Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: General residents of Obuse Town aged 50-89 Participants in the first phase of the Obuse Study General residents aged 50-89 who did not participate in the first phase of the Obuse Study

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Cases where conducting the survey is difficult, such as severe dementia or difficulty standing and walking. Others whom the principal investigator deems unsuitable as subjects.
