Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Healthy adults aged 18 years or older 2. Individuals with no history of neurological or musculoskeletal disorders affecting movement 3. Individuals who provide written informed consent to participate in the study 4. Individuals capable of safely performing the required joint movements and functional tasks

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Individuals with neurological or musculoskeletal disorders that may affect movement 2. Individuals with pain or limited range of motion in the upper limbs, neck, trunk, or lower limbs that interferes with performing the study tasks 3. Individuals with acute injuries or medical conditions restricting physical movement during the study period 4. Individuals judged by the investigators to be unsuitable for participation in the study
