Primary outcomes Decline in eGFR at 2 weeks and 1 month postoperatively Relative change from preoperative baseline eGFR decline 10% or 20% Secondary outcomes: Decline in eGFR at 6 months, 1 year, and 3 years postoperatively Progression of CKD stage Association with AKI diagnosed according to KDIGO criteria Evaluation of the perioperative serum creatinine change period affecting mid- to long-term renal function Identification of intraoperative hemodynamic parameters (MAP, CVP) and clinically actionable cutoff values for intervention evaluating time-weighted exposure to hypotension (MAP <65 mmHg) and elevated CVP
