Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: Aged between 18 and 40 years. No underlying diseases requiring current medical treatment. Able to understand the study and provide consent.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: Inability to perform the exercise stress test due to limited range of motion, pain, or internal medical conditions. Possibility of pregnancy.Resting blood pressure measured in a sitting position prior to obtaining consent that meets the criteria for hypertension (systolic blood pressure >=140 mmHg or diastolic blood pressure >=90 mmHg). Presence of subjective symptoms at rest, such as shortness of breath, chest pain, or general malaise. Currently receiving treatment for depressive symptoms. Individuals deemed unsuitable for participation by the principal investigator.
