Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Included 32 female volleyball players from junior high and high school teams. The inclusion criteria were (1) participation in club activities without any restrictions, (2) no history of psychiatric disorders, (3) no history of neurological disorders, (4) no history of lower limb orthopedic surgery within 1 year before the assessment, and (5) no history of lower limb injury requiring absence from sports participation for >2 weeks within the last 6 months.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Individuals with lower limb pain during participation in sports were excluded from this study.
