Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Adults aged 30-50 years - Confirmed genu valgum defined as medial malleoli distance of 8-12 cm while standing with knees touching (measured by digital caliper) - No recent (within six months) lower limb injuries - No neurological disorders - No other musculoskeletal conditions affecting the lower extremities

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: physical activity within 72 hours prior to testing, use of medications affecting muscle function or balance (e.g., muscle relaxants, sedatives), or inability to comply with the protocol (e.g., inability to maintain required positions or follow instructions).
