Inclusion criteria: Patients aged 18 years or older with ulcerative colitis who are scheduled to be treated with guselkumab in our department

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1) Patients who are allergic to guselkumab 2) Patients who are deemed inappropriate for this study by a physician
