Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Selection Criteria: Martial Arts Practitioners Individuals who regularly practice martial arts Aged 18 to 70 Mindfulness Training Practitioners Aged 18 to 70

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Individuals who, even if they had previously practiced martial arts or mindfulness, are not practicing martial arts or mindfulness at the time of the study.
