Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: The subjects are healthy young adults with no motor dysfunction in the trunk or lower limbs, consisting of individuals classified by range of motion (ROM) measurements into two groups: those with normal flexibility and those with decreased lower limb flexibility.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: Individuals with a history of orthopedic injury or surgery involving the trunk or lower limbs within the past six months, as well as those currently presenting with neuromuscular or cardiac diseases, are excluded from the study.
