Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1 Individuals who hold a national license as a public health nurse, midwife, or nurse. 2 Individuals who wish to participate in the educational program.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: Individuals who have been diagnosed with depression or other mental health disorders at the time of recruitment.
