Inclusion criteria: "Forty adult patients 18 years or older undergoing elective Ozaki aortic valve neocuspidization"

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: "emergency operations, contraindications to TEE and cases in which paired EpiE-TEE imaging cannot be obtained"
