Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Patients diagnosed with diabetes mellitus Patients who underwent both FMD and CVRR measurements Patients with required clinical data available in the electronic medical record

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Patients without available FMD or CVRR data

Primary

MeasureTime frame
Correlation between flow-mediated dilation (FMD) and the coefficient of variation of R-R intervals (CVRR), using measurement data obtained within 3 months of the FMD examination.

Secondary

MeasureTime frame
Evaluation of the associations between FMD and CVRR and various clinical background factors, including age, sex, BMI, HbA1c, lipid parameters, blood pressure, CAVI, diabetic retinopathy, neuropathy, nephropathy, and endocrine markers.
