Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1.Male high school soccer players aged 16-18 years 2.Competing continuously at a national competitive level 3.Written informed consent obtained from both the participant and a legal guardian

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1.Individuals with metabolic or severe gastrointestinal diseases 2.Individuals with food allergies related to grains 3.Individuals who develop severe gastrointestinal symptoms during the study period and are judged unable to continue participation
