Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Cases treated for gingival carcinoma at Nagasaki University Hospital's Department of Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery from June 1, 2008, to April 30, 2024.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Cases where medical records are insufficient and adequate information cannot be obtained, such as the presence or absence of prior dental surgery at the cancer site.
