Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Healthy young males not involving training using their upper limbs

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Participants who have smoking status within the past year; injuries at upper limbs; allergy to caffeine; or cardiovascular or mental diseases.
