Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Individuals who do not meet the diagnostic criteria for constipation or irritable bowel syndrome. This also includes those undergoing treatment for mild chronic conditions (e.g., hypertension, dyslipidemia)."

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Individuals who meet the Rome IV criteria for constipation or irritable bowel syndrome.
