Inclusion criteria: Physicians and medical students who are interested in coaching and wish to receive it

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Individuals experiencing depression or depressive states requiring psychiatric intervention

The primary outcome is defined as the pre- and post-intervention difference in the total score of the Burnout Assessment Tool (BAT-J).
