Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Subjects aged 40 years or older Patients with chronic respiratory disease

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Patients who have had an exacerbation of underlying chronic respiratory disease requiring hospitalization within the past 3 months Patients with uncontrolled arrhythmias Patients with serious acute illnesses other than chronic respiratory diseases Patients whose physical activity is severely restricted due to diseases other than chronic respiratory diseases (neuromuscular diseases, severe bone or joint diseases, cerebrovascular diseases, etc.) Patients who are judged by their doctor to be unable to participate in the study
