Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Healthy male C57BL/6J mice, aged 8 weeks, experimentally naive, and acclimatized to laboratory conditions.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Mice were excluded from the analysis if they showed visible signs of injury or refused to run on the treadmill despite encouragement.
