Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Cases in which cholangioscopy or pancreatoscopy was attempted between April 2012 and October 2025 (including cases in which insertion into the bile duct or pancreatic duct was unsuccessful).

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Cases with insufficient endoscopic reports
