Measure	Time frame
The Kirkpatrick Model's first three levels will be utilized. Reaction, learning, and behavioral evaluations of the training content will be conducted to assess the applicability of the training after completion. Data will be collected via questionnaires and interviews before the training program, immediately after its completion, and one month after participation.	—
