Intervention group: Performs three types of thoracic stretches (trunk rotation, thoracic extension, thoracic rotation). Trunk and thoracic rotation stretches are performed 5 times on each side for 10

Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: Healthy adult males
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: Individuals with respiratory diseases, heart disease, or painful orthopedic conditions of the thoracic cage, and those for whom written consent cannot be obtained.
