Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Undergraduate or graduate students who express interest in the study and voluntarily apply to participate. Eligible participants must have competitive swimming experience, have no respiratory or dermatological disorders, have no habitual medication use or smoking history.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Individuals without competitive swimming experience; individuals with respiratory or dermatological disorders; and individuals with habitual medication use or a smoking history.
