Inclusion criteria: Healthy male university students without exercise habits

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: individuals flagged for cardiovascular disease in a health examination; individuals with a history or current presentation of musculoskeletal disorders; individuals who exhibit allergic reactions to zinc (acrylic synthetic fibers) or to alcohol
