Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: Literature that meets the following criteria will be included: Population (P): Individuals with severe motor and intellectual disabilities and their families. Concept (C): Psychosocial issues experienced by home-cared individuals with severe motor and intellectual disabilities and their families during the transition to adulthood. Context (C): Studies focusing on home-cared individuals, rather than those in hospitals or institutional settings.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: Literature that meets the following criteria will be excluded: 1. Studies that do not reflect actual living conditions or support environments. 2. Studies from which qualitative findings could not be clearly extracted. 3. Review articles, literature reviews, and other studies that provide only secondary summaries or interpretations of primary data 4. Publications written in languages other than English or Japanese.
