Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: University students aged 18 years or older enrolled in a university in Shizuoka Prefecture who provided informed consent to participate in the study.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Individuals who have discomfort with ASMR video viewing or have a history of psychiatric disorders.
