Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Individuals with no neuromuscular, internal medical, or orthopedic disorders; those with no habitual medication use or smoking history; and those who do not belong to an athletic clubs.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Individuals who have neuromuscular, internal medical, or orthopedic disorders; those who habitually take medication or have a history of smoking; and those who belong to an elite athletic clubs.
