Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: Full-time nurses working in the Intensive Care Unit (ICU) of Kanazawa University Hospital and the ICU of Toyama Prefectural Central Hospital.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: None (It is difficult to exclude specific subjects as the study is linked to organizational improvement activities implemented throughout the facility).
