Inclusion criteria: 1) Full-time employees of Suntory Holdings Limited or Suntory Beverage & Food Limited. 2) Those who have provided their consent to participate after fully understanding the significance, content, and purpose of this study.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1) Those who are unable to use the application during the study period. 2) Those who do not consent to provide data obtained through application usage for research purposes. 3) Those who are pregnant or breastfeeding.
