Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Healthy undergraduate or graduate students

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Individuals with a personal or family history of epilepsy, anxiety disorders, or cardiovascular disease, Pregnant individuals, Individuals experiencing pain, Individuals who exercise three or more times per week
