Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Patients who received first administration of antifibrotic drugs after August 31, 2015 Patients diagnosed with fibrosing ILD on or before the month of the index date Patients aged 20 years or older on the index date*** Having record at least 30 days from the date of first administration of antifibrotic drugs Patients having record at least 12 months prior to the index date

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Patients who have lung transplantation before the index date
