Conduct 1-2 hour interviews with anesthesiologists to investigate their attitudes toward academic activities (such as conference presentations, paper writing, and research). Categorize the words that emerge from the interview responses and visualize anesthesiologists' attitudes toward academic activities through a diagram.	—
