Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Elective surgical cases requiring lysis of dense intrathoracic adhesions. Survey Participants: Thoracic surgeons (operating surgeons, including residents) who used the device.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Patients without dense intrathoracic adhesions Patients who do not consent to participate in this study. Patients aged under 20 Junior residents
