Inclusion criteria: Companies with 10 or more employees (aged 18-70) who own a smartphone Companies that can gather 5 to 30 employees in person for a 4-hour session

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Companies that conduct other human resource development training for the same employees during the same period as this study's training Companies whose employees are not Japanese speakers
