Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: Men and women aged over 18 years who understood the purpose and contents of the study and provided written informed consent
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Limited physical activity 2. Restrictions on outdoor activities 3. Have an allergic disease that prevents carrying out agricultural work 4. Difficulty using public transportation 5. Individuals who are judged as unsuitable for the study by the investigator for other reasons
