Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Those aged 45 or over who have been diagnosed with osteoarthritis by a doctor, or who meet the diagnostic criteria for osteoarthritis in the UK NICE guidelines

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Those with problems that affect lower limb function more severely than knee or hip pain (e.g., peripheral neuropathy, diabetic lesions, Parkinson's disease, etc.)
