Inclusion criteria: All patients who were admitted to the intensive care unit (ICU) or high care unit (HCU) of the University of Tsukuba Hospital between April 1, 2012, and March 31, 2025.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Patients with errors or missing values in key data
