Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Eligible participants will be full-time undergraduate students enrolled in private or public universities in Lahore, Pakistan, and who screen positive for either depression or substance use disorder as determined through a screening measure.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Undergraduate university students will be excluded if they have a personal history of consultation with a mental health professional, indicate active suicidal intent or severe depression, are majoring in psychology, or have a physical disability.
