Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1) Who is 18 years old or older

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1) Who has a medical history of serious diseases such as cardiovascular or chronic kidney disease. 2) Who has taken any medication to lower blood pressure, blood glucose levels, blood lipid levels, blood uric acid levels, or blood phosphate levels. 3) Who has any food allergies to the foods prepared for this study. 4) Who is unable to perform walking exercise. 5) Who is unable to comply with the study protocol.
