Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Participants: Male college soccer team members. Age Range: Between 18 and 25 years. Health Status: No evident orthopedic or neurological pathologies. Injury History: No lower limb muscular or joint injuries in the previous 6 months.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Skin Sensitivity to Surface Electrodes: Participants with skin sensitivity to the silver/silver chloride surface electrodes used for electromyography (EMG) data collection were excluded.

Normalized electromyography (EMG) activity, expressed as a percentage of the maximal voluntary isometric contraction (%MVIC), for seven lower extremity muscles: Vastus Medialis (VM), Vastus Lateralis (VL), Biceps Femoris (BF), Tibialis Anterior (TA), Gastrocnemius Medialis (GM), Gastrocnemius Lateralis (GL), and Soleus (S).
