Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Participants who are able to participate in regular school club (team) activities. Participants with baseball experience prior to entering high school.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Participants with a history of shoulder fracture. Participants with a history of upper-limb paralysis/paresis due to cervical nerve pathology.
