Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1.Healthy adults who are non-smokers and non-medicators and who currently play competitive karuta 2.Individuals who have received a full explanation of the study, fully understood the explanation, and agreed to participate in the study in writing

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1.People who smoke and take medication 2.People who have been advised by a doctor to stop exercising due to injury
